Welcome to Atlanta Eagles Sports Center.  If you are interest in leasing a both please keep in mind that the selection of applications is to achieve a greater variety of products and services at Sports Center.
Some of the categories will be repeated more than others, but it’s our job to assure you that there will be a balance. This will ensure that our leaseholders can do business.

1. Fill out an application form in the administration office and/or on the website.

3. Once the application has been received it will be submitted for approval. The criteria for approving applications is based on the type of business that you desire to open and that it doesn’t exceed the limit of the current categories we are offering; once approved we will contact you to arrange an appointment so that you can present us with your product or services.

1. It is a month-to-month lease agreement.2. The space dimensions begin in approximately 10” x 10”.
3. The cost per space for prime units starts at $500.00 for Kioks or Carts and $1,000.00 for booths.

4. We require one month of security deposit and a first month of rent for any the spaces.                    
5. You can rent more than one space if you need.
6. Every tenant will take care of the enclosure of its space; we will provide you with light fixtures, electric connections, and metallic curtain-type front door.
